Veteran bicycle rental and tour company based out of San Francisco. The position we are seeking is outlined as follows:

Job Parameters:
1) Sales aspect expands reach in travel market sales, including:
? Inbound domestic and international leisure travel market (FIT, local, corporate, group and incentive business)
? Regional hotel market
? Day and regional visitors to San Francisco.
? DMC and event planner business
? New sales channels (hotel, online, retail and wholesale)
Sales position responsibilities include developing and managing sales and partnerships to increase Bay City Bike Rentals and Tours visibility, distribution and market nationally and internationally.
Sales position maintains existing Bay City Bike Rentals and Tours vendor relationships.
Sales position travel to domestic and international trade shows and sales missions up to 3 times per year.

2) Business Development aspect works to grow company, including:
? Identifying and setting up new advertising channels
? Maintaining existing advertising channels
? Developing branding opportunities
? Developing 3rd party vendor contracts for online and in store sales
? Maintaining Social Networking sites
? Building marketing collateral
Business Development responsibilities often includes in-house graphic design (light); position liaisons with offsite art & graphics team for the development and completion of graphic arts design, such as signage, banners, retail merchandise, website updates, and marketing collateral. Strong computer skills and proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Photoshop and other graphic programs is crucial to success at the job.
Business Development also assists executives in scouting new business opportunities such as locations and operational improvements.
Qualifications
? Candidate must have minimum 2 years of tour and travel industry sales experience focused on both inbound domestic and international leisure / group travel.
? Buyer or seller experience at national and international Tour and Travel trade shows and marketplaces.
? Business development experience involving tour / attraction product expansion, execution and marketing.
? Negotiation and partnership deal creation experience.
? Noted graphic design background and attention to detail
? Ability to work and communicate in fast paced and changing environment
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Willingness to travel to national and local industry trade shows
? Bachelor?s degree
