Friends of West Fork Library Annual Christmas Basket Silent Auction! People have already been asking about our popular event. We are now taking your donations of Christmas Gift Baskets at the library where they will be displayed and available for patrons to bid on until December 14th at 4:00. At that time bidding will end and the baskets will be taken home by the highest bidder. Please consider putting a basket together or stopping in at the library to bid on a basket.

Volunteering at the West Fork RRC is fun and easy.? You send me an email or call me (200-6072) and I will sign you up.? On the Saturday morning that you have volunteered for just show up at the RRC which is located on Campbell Road on the way to the cemetery.? Wear old clothes and a smile and we will provide you with drinks, snacks and gloves.? Your job will be to help patrons unload their recyclables and sort them into the proper bins.
The hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 but you can volunteer for just an hour if you want to.? Paul Libor will be there to show you what to do.? I am usually there too.
Kids love to volunteer and always ask when they can come back.? Make volunteering a family project or a Sunday school class project.? We can?t run the RRC without volunteers like you! I need some people to help out this coming Saturday and then have openings for the 17th and the 24th also.
Lost Dogs: We have two white Great Pyrenees dogs, Lady & Lucas, that have been gone since Thursday somewhere in the Bug Scuffle neighborhood. They are tagged. If you see them please call Marc or Carolyn at 479-761-3272.

Photo Exhibit entitled Single pens, Saddlebags and Dogtrots, features Ozark log homes and outbuildings.? It opens Tuesday, November 6 at Shiloh Museum of Ozark History in Springdale.? The photo exhibit explores the construction and architectural styles of log buildings, as well as what it was like to live in them.The exhibit will be on display through May 11, 2013.
